At a glance. Pipetalia saves your progress on your device and does not require an account. The Android game uses Google AdMob for advertising. This website has no advertising or analytics scripts. You can contact us about your information at vladsypchenko@gmail.com.
1. Who this policy covers
Ambit Arts (“we”, “us”) develops and publishes Pipetalia: Pipe Puzzle for Android (package name com.pipetalia.garden) and operates ambit-art.sypchenko.me. This policy explains information handling in the game, on this website, and when you contact us.
For support and privacy requests, email vladsypchenko@gmail.com. Ambit Arts is the developer name used for these services; this policy does not apply to unrelated apps or websites.
2. Information in the game
Progress and preferences
Completed levels, earned stars, an unfinished puzzle, move and hint information, extra-move rewards, tutorial status, and language, sound and animation preferences are saved locally. They let you resume play and keep your settings. Pipetalia does not provide an account, a player profile on our servers, or its own cloud-save service. Ambit Arts does not receive your saved puzzle progress.
Android or your device provider may back up or transfer app data according to your device settings. Those services are separate from an Ambit Arts cloud service.
Advertising and consent
The Android game integrates Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). AdMob can process IP address and approximate location inferred from it; advertising and other device or app identifiers; app and ad interactions; and diagnostic or performance information. These support ad delivery, measurement, security and fraud prevention. Personalized advertising depends on applicable consent and settings. Pipetalia does not request precise GPS location.
UMP handles information needed to determine whether to present a privacy message and to record and apply your choices. Google's advertising services process data under their own terms and privacy policy. See Google's Privacy Policy, how Google uses data from apps using its services, and AdMob's data disclosures.
Ambit Arts has not added a separate gameplay analytics service, social sign-in, or an in-game contact list. Advertising services may perform their own measurement as described above.
3. Website visits and support
This website does not include analytics trackers, advertising scripts, embedded social feeds, or a registration form. Its own code does not set cookies. Fonts and images are served with the website.
When you visit, the hosting infrastructure receives technical connection information such as your IP address, requested page, time of access, browser information and, where sent, the referring page. This information may be recorded in server or security logs to deliver the website, diagnose faults and prevent abuse. Hosting logs and their retention depend on the hosting service's configuration.
If you email us, we receive your email address, the name shown by your email service, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to reply, investigate the issue and handle your request. Email is processed by the email providers involved, including Google for our Gmail address. Please do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Following an external link takes you to a service governed by its own privacy policy.
4. Advertising choices
Where required, the game presents a privacy message before requesting ads. You can review or withdraw an applicable choice through Settings → Ad privacy when that option is available. Changing a choice applies to future processing; it does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Declining personalization does not necessarily remove all advertisements or all ad-related processing. Limited or contextual ads may still be available, depending on your choices and Google's requirements. Watching an optional rewarded ad is a gameplay choice and is separate from consent to personalized advertising.
You can also manage your advertising identifier in Android's privacy or advertising settings and review Google's ad settings. Available controls vary by Android version.
5. Purposes and legal grounds
We use information to operate the game and website, respond to requests, protect the services and meet applicable legal obligations. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, these activities rely, as appropriate, on providing a requested service, our legitimate interests in reliable and secure services and responding to correspondence, or a legal obligation. Consent is used for advertising or device access where required. We do not rely on legitimate interests to replace consent where consent is legally required.
Local game storage supports the functionality you request. Google explains the legal grounds for its own processing in its privacy documentation and the applicable consent message.
7. Retention and security
Local progress remains until it is replaced during play or removed from the device. Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to address the request and necessary follow-up, or to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Information no longer needed for those purposes is deleted. Hosting logs follow the hosting service's applicable retention and security arrangements.
Google determines retention for information it processes under its own policies; see Google's retention explanation. Deleting the game does not by itself delete data already held by Google or an email provider.
We use the app's storage area for local saves and limit access to support correspondence to handling the request. Google states that Mobile Ads SDK data is encrypted in transit. No storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security.
8. Delete data and exercise your rights
- Local game data: open Android Settings → Apps → Pipetalia → Storage → Clear storage/data. Names vary by device. This removes progress and preferences from that installation. Also review your device's backup settings if you do not want a backup restored.
- Messages sent to Ambit Arts: email vladsypchenko@gmail.com and describe the information or request. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm the request belongs to you. No game account needs to be deleted.
- Information held by Google: use the controls in your Google Account or the contact and privacy options in Google's policy. We cannot directly erase Google's independently held records.
Depending on where you live and the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact us using the email above; we will handle requests within the time required by applicable law. Legal exceptions may require some records to be retained.
9. Children and personal information
The game does not ask players to enter their name, date of birth or contact information to play. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent personal information to Ambit Arts, contact us so we can review the situation and remove information where appropriate. A game age rating is separate from the age at which a person can give valid consent to data processing under local law.
10. Updates and contact
We may update this policy when the services or their data practices change. The date shown on this page identifies the latest revision. Where legally required, we will provide an additional notice or request new consent for a material change.
